What got you there in the first place are the repetitive negative patterns of thoughts, just observe your thoughts and you will see that it is so. Now gently redirect your thoughts patterns into positive direction, which is a bit tricky in the beginning, but is a process well known and masterfully explained by the likes of Esther Hicks.

A daily practice of 15 minutes of simple mindfulness meditation can do wonders for any mind, it just has to be practiced.
